(Master) Sifu Kul Rai is a Schools of Kung Fu by IWKA England National Instructor. He has over twenty years of experience in Wing Chun Kung Fu and currently holds a 5^th Level Technician grade (5^th Dan) Making him a Master of the system.

Sifu Kul schools are located in Essex in the following areas; Chelmsford, Loughton and Woodford.

Sifu Kul rai works closely with Sifu Alan Paterson, the UK Chief Instructor for Schools of Kung Fu by IWKA, and they have regular training sessions to ensure the curriculum is up to the highest standards
