Sifu Sergio Pascal Iadarola is the International chief Instructor of Schools of Kung Fu by IWKA and is a Grand Master of the art.
Sifu Sergio started his Martial Arts career at the age of six with the Japanese art of Judo in Amsterdam winning several local tournaments. In his teenage years he also built up his experience with the practice of other Martial Arts like Pencak Silat (Pamur style) and Wado Kai Karate.
Sifu Sergio has extensively travelled the world in researching Chinese Martial Arts, he lived in Hong Kong to help with his personal cultivation and studies in Chinese Arts. In 2010 he opened his Wing Chun Kung Fu School on Hong Kong Island and this became the Asian headquarters for his organisation.
In 2002 Sifu Sergio established the IWKA and set up dozens of IWKA schools around Europe. Being full of passion for Wing Chun, Chinese Kung Fu history and Philosophy it was not long after setting up all these schools that Sifu Sergio started to realise that the Ip Man Wing Chun lineage and the lineages derived from it were not the only lineages around in China.
Sifu Sergio decided to dedicate his time into the intense studying of other Wing Chun lineages which meant that for the first time he came in contact with lineages that had an Internal side to their curriculum something he was not aware of before.
In 2021 Sifu Sergio Pascal Iadarola decided to merge the IWKA with School of Kung Fu and Schools of Kung Fu by IWKA was born.
Schools of Kung Fu by IWKA now have schools worldwide including Australia, Austria, Croatia, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, The Netherlands, Turkey and the United Kingdom.
Sifu Sergio is the founder member of the Eternal Spring Institute in Funchal Maderia, Portugal. The whole concept of the institute is the preservation of Chinese Martial Arts.
